The new music video for “Rolling Machine” by Vancouver band Bike is finally done and online on Youtube.
Bike’s music is lighthearted and their live performances are always a party, so we felt the video had to match. The band was featured biking around town singing to car-mounted cameras, at points being joined by dozens of extras. A performance was staged in a parking lot near Science World which even includes some motorbike stunts.
We filmed using two cameras, a Sony EX-1 and EX-3, in high-definition 720p and in a variety of frame rates from 15fps to 60fps.
The video was shot this summer on two of the hottest days on record in Vancouver. We are very thankful to everyone who came out and suffered in the heat to be a part of the video.

Looking for a gift idea for the holidays? Forget the gift certificates for the mall, and visit Kiva.org.
Kiva is a non-profit that allows you to lend money to a specific low-income entrepreneur in the developing world. You choose who to lend to - whether a baker in Afghanistan, a goat herder in Uganda, a farmer in Peru, a restaurateur in Cambodia, or a tailor in Iraq - and as they repay their loan, you get your money back. Its a powerful and sustainable way to empower someone right now to lift themselves out of poverty.
Best of all, you can purchase gift certificates for as little as $25 which can be printed off or sent electronically. The recipient can then login and redeem the certificate, choosing who to lend it to, and hopefully spreading the word even further to their friends and family.
Be sure to join the Kiva Basetwo Media Lending Team so that we can work together to alleviate poverty!

Business, marketing, social networking, web design, search engine optimization, technology - This blog may not have a narrow enough niche to garner much loyal readership initially, but it will hopefully find its focus over time.
